"It's gorgeous. Love the movement to the breath aspect. Felt almost like a dance."

“Amy's Pebble Meditation is reminiscent of those on the Calm app but with a personal touch that makes you feel like you are connected and sharing in the experience whilst also providing you your own space to relax.

I experience waves of anxiety and the well designed coastal soundscape helped ease my mind after a high pressure day in my media job. I tend to rub my fingers (/have fidgety hands) when my mind is racing. The novel use of a stone was great as a tactile thing to occupy my hands and further relax my body.

(Plus even just having the stone in my pocket, I feel I can use it to remind me of the meditation when not at home).”
